Sorry to have to announce that a long time member, Sam Reefe, passed away last week. Dr. William Reefe was 98 years old. He was Chief of Medicine at the VA Medical Center for a long time. Sharon Stanley stated that “he was a dear man”. Charlie Schleupner reported that he was section chief in Infectious Diseases under Bill for years until Bill retired.…
